Role Overview

This is a Contract Assignment that will last 6 Months+

The Contract Recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers regarding talent planning, sourcing strategies, and candidate interviewing and selection.  The ability to work with hiring managers in multiple locations and time zones is required.


  • BS/ BA with 5 + years solid recruiting expertise

Responsibilities and skills

  • Screen, interview and manage active and passive candidates
  • Actively source candidates through various sources including social media
  • Ensure that a candidate pipeline is maintained to support current and anticipated resource requirements.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong sourcing experience
  • Passion for recruiting and understanding of how to differentiate between average and high performers.
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
