For Load-Side Compensation

PowerCap is a series of fixed capacitor banks, which are used to improve the power factor on individual loads or small consumers. PowerCap is sized to be installed and operate in parallel with motors and small stores, workshops and more.

They are designed to operate at nominal voltages of 208, 240, 480 and 600 V and provide power factor correction under four different operating conditions:

  • PowerCap PFC Normal, fixed loads
  • PowerCap Harmonic Moderate harmonics, fixed loads
  • PowerCap Filter High harmonics, fixed loads
  • PowerCap Auto Normal, variable loads

Benefits

  • Reduced kVA demands - lower utility bills
  • Compact design and easy to deploy
  • Low maintenance
  • Distributed solutions at attractive costs
  • Quick delivery
